I am extremely fascinated by "a space", it is not necessary it has to be an indoor or outdoor space, it is just the space occupied by a certain object or person. The volume of the space is irrelevant in this case, it could be a chair or a building but the interaction of a person with that space or the interaction of the objects making up the space is what fascinates me.

To understand this better I put a chair in a spot in my house and observed it for sometime and later on removed the chair and observed the same space. The chair, provides you with an option to interact with that space by sitting on it as opposed to you standing in that same space without the chair. The interaction in both the cases is different. The chair is more engaging and hence often times we opt for the chair.

What makes a person interact with a space? Why do we call a space "my spot"? is it only because one may find it cozy and warm or is there something more to that feeling, is there a subconscious logic behind that?

These are images portraying the interactions of objects/people with a certain space.
